Corporate Website and Landing Pages as the Most Important Sales Tool

PROJEKT PRO GmbH develops and hosts award-winning management and controlling software for architects, engineers, and specialized planners. For over 30 years, the approximately 50-member team from Aschau am Chiemsee has been supporting its clients in digitizing their work environment, whether on the construction site or in the planning office.

PROJEKT PRO presents its extensive product portfolio on its corporate website, which, alongside dedicated landing pages, also serves as an important marketing and sales tool.

Broad Product Range, Heterogeneous Target Group, Expandable SEO Performance

When PROJEKT PRO restructures its extensive product range, the existing site structure no longer does justice to the new portfolio.

To personalize the user experience for its clients and make target group-specific solutions quickly searchable and comparable, PROJEKT PRO decides on a complete relaunch of its website – including all landing pages.

As part of the relaunch, the previously suboptimal SEO performance of the pages is also to be improved.

The new website is intended to help sell: Potential customers should quickly access relevant products and be converted into qualified leads through low-threshold and tailored contact offers.

Additionally, the site should be easy to maintain and expand. This results in a sharp requirement profile.

A Relaunch During Ongoing Operations

PROJEKT PRO also provides its customers access to third-party software products on its website. These customer-specific configured products must be seamlessly transitioned to the new site and remain available at all times.

From Conception through Wireframes and Prototype to the Tested Site

After extensive research, it was clear to PROJEKT PRO that Drupal is the optimal CMS for the new website. The search for an experienced and reputable Drupal agency in the Munich area led to us.

In a joint strategy and design workshop, the project goals are determined and translated by us into a precise requirements profile and UI concept.

The components and functionalities derived from this were composed into wireframes. We carried out the graphic design of the wireframes based on the existing corporate design and in close coordination with PROJEKT PRO.

To be able to verify the progress of the site towards the set goals at an early stage, a prototype is created. This stands up to all tests and shows that the UX and UI concept is fully working.

Subsequently, we implemented all components and page types. For customer requests that could not be realized through basic modules, we developed our own PHP modules.

A triple-redundant development environment not only enables extensive testing of the site but also its further development after project completion if new needs arise.

All expectations met. And exceeded.

When the new websites go live on time and within budget, nothing remains reminiscent of the previously sprawling collection of products.

Corporate site and landing pages are now representative and highly functional sales tools that lead their visitors via a clearly defined user experience directly to the products relevant to them – and from there to the responsible contacts.

Once a user has made a preset choice, they are only shown tailored content – even when they switch to another subpage.

Complex products and their numerous features can be juxtaposed and compared with a click.

PROJECT PRO can now not only maintain, expand, or create all page types itself but also adapt the page look (theme) to the respective content. Even creating new page types is effortlessly possible.

To quickly generate leads through appointment bookings, content can be automatically assigned to the responsible contacts.

The new pages achieve a significantly better search engine ranking – also thanks to comprehensive responsiveness and a keytec development for optimized image output, which is now available as an open-source module for the entire Drupal community.
